Your account

You need an account to use Jobwhisper. Keep your credentials secure, give us accurate information, and tell us if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

What Jobwhisper does, and does not, promise

Jobwhisper helps you prepare for and perform in interviews and job applications. It does not guarantee interviews, offers or employment, and its output is assistance rather than advice. You remain responsible for what you say and submit.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Jobwhisper to misrepresent your identity or qualifications.
• Do not record anyone without the consent their jurisdiction requires. You are responsible for the legality of any session you start.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or resell access.

Subscriptions, credits and billing

Paid plans renew automatically for the same period until you cancel, at the price shown on the pricing page when the period begins. Credits are consumed as you use features, at the rates shown in the app; credits included with a subscription are refreshed each period and do not roll over, while credits you buy separately remain until used. If we change prices we will tell you before the change takes effect for your next renewal.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed after that. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where we agree a refund at our discretion. Contact [email protected] with any billing question.

Your content

You keep ownership of the resumes, documents and answers you upload. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service for you: to store, process and display that content back to you.

Third-party services

Jobwhisper relies on third parties, including AI model providers and payment processors. Their availability is outside our control.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You may close your account at any time.

Liability

Jobwhisper is provided "as is." It helps you prepare and assists during sessions, but it does not guarantee any interview, job or other outcome, and the answers and suggestions it produces are yours to review and use with judgement. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

We will post changes here and update the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use Jobwhisper after a change means you accept it.
